How to reach us
Write to hello@fashionbrandfinder.com from any address. No form, no ticket number, a person reads it.
What to include
- The email address you signed up with, so we can find your account.
- Your phone model if the app misbehaves, and what you were doing when it happened.
- For a brand or store page: the page's name or link.
- Screenshots help. Passwords and card numbers never belong in an email; we will not ask for them.
Response time
We answer within two working days (Monday to Friday, Swiss time). Anything about your data or a report gets answered first.
