Delete your Fashion Brand Finder account

In the app

1. Open the You tab and scroll to Your data.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.
3. Your account is kept for 7 days so you can change your mind: sign in again and tap Keep my account. After the 7 days everything is removed.

Without the app

Email hello@fashionbrandfinder.com from the address you signed up with, subject line “Delete my account”. We first confirm it is really you (a reply from that mailbox is enough), then delete the account within 30 days.

What is removed

When the account is purged we delete:

• your profile: name, email address, date of birth, country, avatar, and your sign-in itself
• your preferences and personalised home
• brands you follow, brands you saved, saved searches and hidden brands
• your discount-code wallet
• your consent history
• your creator application and creator profile, including linked Instagram or TikTok accounts and their tokens
• your message threads with brands

What is kept, without your name

A few records survive the deletion because they are about us, not about you, and they are kept with your identity removed:

• Reports you filed about a brand, store or post: the report stays in our moderation record, the reporter field is cleared.
• Messages you sent as a member of a brand's team stay in that brand's thread, with the sender cleared.
• Terms you accepted and any moderation action on your account are kept as evidence that we acted correctly, with the person removed.
• One audit line saying that the account was deleted on that date, with no name on it.

If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to revoke the sign-in when the account is purged, so the link between your Apple ID and Fashion Brand Finder ends on their side too.

Take your data with you first

In the app, You › Your data › Download my data gives you everything the account holds about you as one JSON file, before or instead of deleting. It covers the same list as above.
